Recipients Announced for the 2017 Roving Curator Program

We're delighted to announce the Roving Curator Program participants for 2017!

The Roving Curator Program supports the development of quality cultural exhibitions in Victoria. The program provides small museums and galleries with exhibition development assistance from MA (Vic)'s Roving Curator, including several days of professional on-site advice as well as follow-up support.

There was strong competition this year with a record number of applicants and the Exhibition Services Advisory Sub-Committee had some difficult choices to make. The four successful applicants are:

Friends of Coolart Wetlands & Homestead for assistance with The Story of Wool at Coolart.
Nhill Aviation Heritage Centre for assistance with the Nhill Aviation Heritage Centre Display Development Project.
Nepean Historical Society for the project Less is More: Selecting, Interpreting and Making the Most Of Our Stories.
Wangaratta Historical Society-Wangaratta Art Gallery for the Wangaratta Historical Society Permanent Exhibition development in the Wangaratta Visitor Information Centre Gallery Space.
