Creative Victoria is a government body dedicated to supporting, championing and growing the state’s creative industries, spanning arts, culture, screen, design and more. Creative Victoria oversees the state’s major creative and cultural organisations, collections and facilities, valued at $7 billion, and ensures that these can be enjoyed by the Victorian people and visitors to the state. A funding and advisory body, Creative Victoria is part of the Victorian Government’s Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources.

National Library of Australia (NLA)
The NLA’s role is to ensure that documentary resources of national significance relating to Australia and the Australian people, as well as significant non-Australian library materials, are collected, preserved and made accessible either through the Library itself or through collaborative arrangements with other libraries and information providers. National Exhibitions Touring Service Victoria (NETS)

Public Galleries Association of Victoria (PGAV)
The PGAV represents a strong, relevant and dynamic network of public galleries, art museums and contemporary art spaces across regional and metropolitan Victoria. It promotes the public gallery sector and facilitates communication and information exchange between cultural institutions.
Public Record Office Victoria (PROV)
Public Record Office Victoria is the archive of the State Government of Victoria. It holds records from the European settlement of Port Phillip district in the mid-1830s to today. PROV manages these records for use by both the government and people of Victoria. As the archival authority for the State of Victoria, PROV undertakes activities relating to records, standards, training and advice. Information about the Archival Support Program, Local History Grants and Seminar Series will be of special interest to people working in small museums.
Royal Historical Society of Victoria (RHSV)

State Library of Victoria (SLV)
The major reference and research library in Victoria, the SLV is responsible for collecting and preserving Victoria’s documentary heritage and making it available through a range of services and programs.
